Intro Level Class

This class is designed for beginners ready to dip their toes into this great sport, and is perfect for anyone with little or no experience who wants a fun new way to sweat, get some cardio, and meet a whole new community!

No specific skills required! All you need is a willingness to learn and a positive attitude!

Players start learning all basic skills and techniques in a very controlled and fun environment

Recreational game play will be geared towards 4’s and 6’s format with relaxed rules

Adult Beach Volleyball Level I Class Details
Level I Class (aimed toward B level beach volleyball players)

This class is designed for people with some prior experience and who are familiar with the rules, but looking to solidify the fundamentals.

Players will be able to perform the basic skills of volleyball, such as serving, passing, attacking and digging while still developing proper techniques and movement

Players will consistently work towards connecting with others to accomplish 2-3 contacts on each side and how to play the ball over the net

Starting to play recreational 4’s and 6’s scrimmages and leagues

Adult Beach Volleyball Level II Class Details
Level II Class (aimed toward BB level beach volleyball players)

Know the difference between a double and a lift? This class is designed for athletes with a good grasp of beach volleyball rules and gameplay looking to compete in their first few tournaments, or for those who are coming back after a long hiatus and need to get their sand legs back underneath them.

Players consistently performs 2-3 contacts on each side and be able to play the ball over the net effectively

Players are able to perform consistently the basic skills of volleyball, such as serving, passing, hitting, and digging

Players are starting to develop the overhead setting skill, court awareness, defensive/offensive positioning and basic hand signals
-
We’ll hone in on the basics while incorporating gameplay designed for 2s and 4s competition.

Level III Class (aimed toward A level beach volleyball players)

This class is perfect for players ready to hit the sand running and combines game-like scenarios with individualized feedback to optimize your improvement.

Players have a good understanding of all rules and skills necessary to play the game

Players are able to perform all skills of volleyball at a higher level of proficiency

Players have a good understanding of various volleyball strategies, such as serving and hitting zones, defensive formations, transition offenses, and hand signals

Players have good court awareness and be able to anticipate where the ball is going, allowing you to make smart decisions and play more effectively

Players are already playing in competitive leagues and tournaments in 2’s and 4’s format

Adult Beach Volleyball Level IV Class Details
Level IV Class (aimed toward AA and higher level beach volleyball players)

This class is built for experienced players who need to fine tune their game, improve conditioning, and learn the mental aspects of competitive beach volleyball to succeed in A level (or higher) tournaments.

Players have a deep understanding of various volleyball strategies and be able to execute them effectively in games

Players are able to adjust strategies based on the strengths and weaknesses of opponents and be able to anticipate their moves

Players have a lot of experience playing volleyball at a high level, including playing in competitive leagues, tournaments, and international competitions. Mainly 2’s and occasional 4’s format (AA/Open level)
